SAVE 10% AND GET FREE SHIPPING
with every order during our SPRING SALE

Spring brings with it many things: Spring break, budding flowers, longer days and a HIGH POLLEN COUNT in the air. According to several news sources, allergy suffers are being hit harder and earlier than usual this year, especially on the East coast.

For those of you that have to deal with hay fever, you are well aware that the watery eyes, headaches and MUCUS can really cause discomfort, but did you know that it can also lead to BAD BREATH? It’s true, the mucus that results from this seasonal post-nasal drip is a protein which fuels the halitosis-causing bacteria giving you not only congestion and drainage in the back of your throat, but bad breath too! Overtime, this drainage in the back of the throat can also lead to the formation of TONSIL STONES.

What’s a hay fever sufferer to do? TheraBreath Nasal-Sinus Drops relieve the symptoms of pollen allergies WITHOUT zinc or habit forming prescription medications. All natural oxygenating compounds PLUS natural antimicrobials safely open up nasal passageways, cut down on mucus production – and best of all, keep your breath fresh (because they prevent the bacteria from converting mucus proteins into smelly Volatile Sulfur Compounds). America’s best kept Fresh Breath Secret starts in your NOSE! Click here to buy a single bottle or save EVEN MORE on a 3-pack and until Friday, 3/30 you can GET 10% OFF PLUS FREE SHIPPING by using coupon code AMAR1210 at checkout.*

In other recent news, a study gives GREEN TEA another reason why we should love it. We already know that it can help prevent diseases like cancer, heart disease, Parkinsons, Alzheimer’s and even lower cholesterol. Now, a study from Israel’s Institute of Technology has found the antioxidants in green tea called polyphenols can destroy the compounds that lead to bad breath and tooth decay. Here at TheraBreath, we have always believed in the natural, breath freshening benefits of green tea. Did you know that our newly formulated TheraBreath PLUS Oral Rinse is the ONLY MOUTHWASH on the market with a stable green tea formula? It tastes great and works so effectively to eliminate even chronic halitosis and now this new study just confirms what we’ve always known. Click here to get your own supply of TheraBreath PLUS Oral Rinse and DON’T FORGET TO USE CODE AMAR1210 to get 10% OFF PLUS FREE SHIPPING until Friday!

Post-Nasal Drip Can Cause Bad Breath, Especially During Allergy Season

Monday, September 19th, 2011

Suffering from post-nasal drip can be a real drag, particularly if you have seasonal allergies. Not only can sinus drainage lead to coughing and sore throat, but it may also result in powerful bad breath. This is a problem that TheraBreath offers numerous specialty solutions for.

You may have had nasal discharge for years without knowing it. Do you regularly get halitosis? Do you find yourself with the persistent need to swallow, cough or blow your nose? Do you get colds easily or suffer from allergies? If the answer to any of these questions is yes, post-nasal drip may be to blame.

The National Institutes of Health states that all of the above conditions can lead to nasal discharge, as well as flu, sinus infections and bacterial infections. That latter problem – an infection caused by microbes – is the key to explaining how nasal drip can cause bad breath.

You see, as nasal mucus slides down the back of your throat, it deposits microorganisms on the root of your tongue and on your tonsils. This thick goo creates a biofilm, meaning a living layer of bacteria, in your oral cavity.

Cristine Struble has posted a TheraBreath review in the Naperville Frugal Family Examiner. You can read it here. Cristine discusses how she uses mints to make sure her breath is fresh, but the mints themselves are a whole other issue. “But my biggest problem with breath mints is the flavor. I have digestive issues and mint flavoring is extremely hard on my stomach. When faced with no other choice, I’ll use the mint flavored products, but it doesn’t make me feel good. I’m always on the lookout for products that are extremely effective but don’t have that strong mint flavor.” We’ll she’s in luck because our TheraBreath oral rinse and toothpaste have very mild, natural flavors. But did she like our mouth wetting lozenges? Click on the link above to find out.
